Dark and Light

You treat me better in the dark than you do in the light
When we in the light all we do is fight
When we in the dark you always hold me tight
When we in the light you play me to the left but in the dark you do me oh so right
Now you tell me it's just for the 3&3
But when is it time when you are with me for the me & me
Will you hold my hand when we go to the movie
Slap me in the face and act like you never knew me
Would you like if wrote you in some poetry
Or could possibly diss my art like some people I used to call homie
Now a days everybody is picking sides
I want you on mines but every time you take my emotions for a ride
Now let me figure me out let me be
If I can't love myself how can you love me
Now we all know I definitely hate love
So those last few lines will get swept under the rug
Now back to the darken light
You tend to jump my case bout everything
But when lights are of you say some different things
You speak of wedding rings
And emotional things
Going from winter to spring
When the light comes back
What joy do you bring
I see pain
Feel the rain
And this cause of you last main
I am not the one to blame
So put that on the back burner
And move right along
Cause you miss sexy you deserve a new song
Now I can tell you what's wrong and right
But I can tell you how you vary from the dark to the light
